Welcome to NYC Hustle. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the application, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

Overview

NYC Hustle does not require account registration, sign-up, or login. The app does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address directly.

The app does, however, use third-party services provided by Google to support analytics and crash reporting. These services collect limited, anonymous technical data as described in the sections below.

Third-Party Services Used

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase / GA4)
• Firebase Crashlytics

The app does not currently display advertisements and does not use any advertising SDKs.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics / GA4)

NYC Hustle uses Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. This helps us improve gameplay, balance, and features.

Firebase Analytics automatically collects the following:

• App interactions — gameplay events such as game start, game over, travel between locations, item purchases and sales, bank transactions, inventory upgrades, and revives.
• Device or other identifiers — an anonymous App Instance ID generated by Google.
• Device and OS information — device model, operating system version, and app version.

Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or precise location.

All data sent to Firebase Analytics is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted in transit. For more information about how Google handles this data, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

NYC Hustle uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and other stability issues. This helps us improve the app for all players.

Crashlytics automatically collects the following:

• Crash logs — stack traces and crash metadata when the app crashes.
• Diagnostics — non-fatal errors and diagnostic breadcrumbs (e.g., the last few in-game actions before a crash).
• Device or other identifiers — an anonymous Firebase Installation ID generated by Google.
• Device and OS information.

Crashlytics does not collect personal information. Because NYC Hustle has no user accounts, crash reports are not associated with any individual user.

Crash data is transmitted over HTTPS and retained by Google for up to 90 days.

Advertising

NYC Hustle does not display advertisements and does not use any advertising SDKs. No advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers) are collected or used.

Data Retention

• Firebase Analytics: data is retained by Google for up to 14 months by default (this window is configurable in Google Analytics).
• Firebase Crashlytics: data is retained by Google for up to 90 days.

Children's Privacy

NYC Hustle is not directed at children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require accounts and does not collect personal information directly, no child-specific data is collected.

Data Security

All data transmitted between NYC Hustle and Google is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. NYC Hustle does not maintain any servers that store personal user data. The security of analytics and crash data is governed by Google's own security practices, described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your Choices and Rights

Because NYC Hustle has no user accounts, we cannot identify individual users directly. However, you have the following choices:

• Disable Google Analytics for Firebase by following the steps described in Google's "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps" .
• Uninstall the app to stop all data collection going forward. Any locally stored game progress will be removed.
• Request data deletion by contacting us at the email address below. We will forward your request to Google where applicable.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above.
